The Mass Spectrometry Division of the Italian Chemical Society (DSM-SCI) organizes the 1st MS-ABA-Workshop an International Conference devoted to researchers working or interested in the advanced Mass Spectrometry applications for biomolecular studies in the pharmaceutical, agri-food and clinical sectors. This is the first edition of an event entirely dedicated to innovative strategies for the study of biomolecules using mass spectrometry, an advanced analytical technique that allows the characterization of natural organic compounds and their complex mixtures in a very thorough way. As many know, the study of biomolecules (proteins, lipids and metabolites) represents an arduous challenge in research and mass spectrometry turns out as an indispensable tool to investigate the complexity of life molecules.
