Specialized in Biotechnology Applications (1997). Currently, she is Research Assistant and responsible for cellular biochemistry laboratory (II) in the Food Chemoprevention Unit of the \u201cDiet and Human Health\u201d area at ISA-CNR (Institute of Food Sciences, National Research Council). She is also responsible for document delivery service through NILDE electronic platform.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Her research interests fall in the field of dietary chemoprevention, which refers to the use of naturally occurring molecules to prevent, block or retard tumor formation.
