{"id":9378,"date":"2024-10-21T14:47:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-21T14:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.isa.cnr.it\/web\/?p=9378"},"modified":"2024-10-21T14:51:09","modified_gmt":"2024-10-21T14:51:09","slug":"progetto-pnrr-inf-act-one-health-basic-and-translational-actions-addressing-unmet-needs-on-emerging-infectious-diseases","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.isa.cnr.it\/web\/?p=9378","title":{"rendered":"Progetto PNRR &#8211; INF-ACT  &#8211;  One Health Basic and Translational Actions Addressing Unmet Needs on Emerging Infectious Diseases"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_9379\" style=\"width: 149px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inf-act.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9379\" class=\"wp-image-9379 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.isa.cnr.it\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/INF-.ACT_.png\" alt=\"https:\/\/www.inf-act.it\/\" width=\"139\" height=\"128\"><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-9379\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">https:\/\/www.inf-act.it\/<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>PNRR &#8211; Missione 4: Istruzione e Ricerca \u2013 Componente 2: Dalla Ricerca all\u2019Impresa &#8211; Investimento &#8211; 1.3: Partenariati estesi a universit\u00e0, centri di ricerca, imprese e finanziamento progetti di ricerca<\/strong><strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mur.gov.it\/it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.mur.gov.it\/it<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>&nbsp;Obiettivi e contenuti<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: Justify;\">Il progetto INF-ACT si occupa delle pressanti esigenze non soddisfatte delle malattie infettive emergenti nell\u2019uomo sia dal punto di vista fondamentale che da quello traslazionale, tenendo conto della salute umana in un contesto pi\u00f9 ampio, inclusi animali domestici e selvatici come potenziali serbatoi di malattie e fattori ambientali che aumentano la possibilit\u00e0 di contagio (approccio &#8220;<em>One Health<\/em>&#8220;).<br \/>\nIl progetto mira ad aumentare le potenzialit\u00e0 di monitoraggio e previsione, le capacit\u00e0 diagnostiche e terapeutiche e la multidisciplinarit\u00e0 della ricerca scientifica nazionale su tematiche che spaziano dai virus, ai batteri resistenti agli antibiotici, agli insetti vettori, ai serbatoi animali e ambientali di agenti patogeni, fino all&#8217;ospite umano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: Justify;\">Il progetto \u00e8 focalizzato su cinque Nodi di Ricerca:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: Justify;\">\n<li>Minacce virali emergenti e ri-emergenti (con particolare attenzione ai virus respiratori e alle zoonosi);<\/li>\n<li>Vettori artropodi e patogeni trasmessi da vettori (con particolare attenzione alle malattie trasmesse da vettori con maggiore rischio di diffusione a livello emergenziale in Italia, quali le arbovirosi);<\/li>\n<li>Malattie causate da batteri e funghi resistenti a molteplici antibiotici (AMR, con particolare attenzione ai meccanismi molecolari di multi-resistenza agli antibiotici).<\/li>\n<li>Epidemiologia integrata in chiave \u201c<em>One Health<\/em>&#8221; (uomo, animale e ambiente), monitoraggio e modelli matematici;<\/li>\n<li>Sviluppo di nuove strategie terapeutiche (identificazione di bersagli molecolari, generazione di librerie di molecole per approcci di <em>drug discovery<\/em>, test di possibili candidati efficaci e loro ottimizzazione).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: Justify;\">L\u2019ISA fa parte del Nodi di Ricerca 1 &#8211; Virus Emergenti e Ri-Emergenti, ed in particolare del WP1.1 &#8211; <em>New Diagnostic technologies (approaches) and monitoring of respiratory virus infections.
