{"id":4524,"date":"2015-09-10T13:28:22","date_gmt":"2015-09-10T13:28:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.isa.cnr.it\/web\/?p=4524"},"modified":"2016-02-10T13:14:56","modified_gmt":"2016-02-10T13:14:56","slug":"in-ricordo-di-giancarlo-cammarota","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.isa.cnr.it\/web\/?p=4524","title":{"rendered":"In ricordo di Giancarlo Cammarota"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I colleghi e gli amici dell\u2019Istituto di Scienze dell\u2019Alimentazione ricordano Giancarlo Cammarota, recentemente scomparso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Giancarlo era un ricercatore del nostro Istituto dal 1998 e in questi anni abbiamo apprezzato le sue qualit\u00e0 di uomo di scienza, la sua curiosit\u00e0, il suo entusiasmo, la sua passione e il suo sguardo originale nell\u2019affrontare nuove tematiche di ricerca. Dopo aver iniziato la carriera scientifica come immunologo e virologo, svolgendo attivit\u00e0 di ricerca sia in Italia che all\u2019estero, negli ultimi anni aveva rivolto il suo interesse allo studio dei fattori che influenzano la scelta e il comportamento alimentare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vogliamo, per\u00f2, ricordarlo soprattutto per le sue doti umane, il suo tratto signorile, la sua straordinaria sensibilit\u00e0 e generosit\u00e0, la sua onest\u00e0 intellettuale, i suoi saldi principi di giustizia.
