Tra questi la definizione del protocollo di coltivazione in areali campani della variet\u00e0 di quinoa Titicaca, la definizione di interventi tecnologici innovativi per la produzione di sfarinati ad elevato valore nutrizionale, i possibili impieghi della quinoa per la realizzazione di prodotti da forno ad elevata valenza dietetico-nutrizionale.
