Biochemical characterization and nutrional and healthy properties of officinal herbs, spices, genetic vegetal resources of the mediterranean area (collaboration with CNR, UniSA, UniMol);<\/p>\n
Study of the antimicrobial, anti-biofilm and prebiotic properties of food, vegetal extracts and essential oils (coll with UniSa, UniMol, Turkey, Mexico);<\/p>\n
